Tuthill

With their ISO 9001 accredited manufacturing plants in Chicago & San Francisco (USA) and Ilkeston (UK), Tuthill Pump Group (TPG) have become a leader in the development and manufacture of positive displacement gear pumps for over 75 years.

As a preferred industry standard for the transfer of a wide range of industrial chemicals, petrochemicals and lubricants the broad TPG range consists of internationally recognized brands of Lubetech (lubrication pumps), HD & Global Gear (process pumps) and TechnaFlo (seal-less magnetic drive pumps).

Manufactured from variety of materials such as iron, cast steel, stainless steel and PPS engineered plastic, Tuthill Pumps are designed to be long lasting and continually perform, even in the most difficult of applications involving high viscosities and temperatures.

Sold through our world wide distribution network or supplied as an original equipment component, all customers of TPG products are fully supported by qualified after sales service facilities.

Tuthill products categorizes into:-
GlobalGear Series
HD Series
Lubrication & Circulation
Corposion Resistant Alloys
Engineered Plastic Alternatives

GlobalGear Series

GlobalGear® is a new generation of robust internal gear pumps designed for pump and sealing reliability with low maintenance requirements. Shaft and bearing diameters and construction materials have been selected to reduce deflection and increase strength which in turn increases bearing and seal life. Thrust bearings are no maintenance lube for life construction. Standard construction includes high strength rotor and idler materials, and for stainless units, galling resistant grades of stainless steel are used for rotor heads and idlers.

Corrosion Resistant Alloys

A vast knowledge of magnet, pump, and motor technology is utilized in the design, manufactuing, and application of our magnetically coupled pumps. The long life and non-pulsing flow of the external gear design are combined with the magnetically coupled, leak free, seal-less construction. Temperatures to 350 F (176 C) and viscosities from 0.3 cps to over 10,000 cps make this metallic pump tough and reliable.

D Series
* Flow rates from 1 ml/min to 121 gph (458 L/hr)
* Differential Pressures to 250 psi (17.2 bar)
* Atex approved
T Series
* Flow Rates from 5 to 650 gph (2460 L/hr)
* Differential pressures to 250 psi (17.2 bar)
* ATEX approved
U Series
* Flow rates from < 1 ml/min to 300 ml/min
* Differential pressres to 100 psi (6.9 bar)
