GlobalGear® is a new generation of robust internal gear pumps designed for pump and sealing reliability with low maintenance requirements. Shaft and bearing diameters and construction materials have been selected to reduce deflection and increase strength which in turn increases bearing and seal life. Thrust bearings are no maintenance lube for life construction. Standard construction includes high strength rotor and idler materials, and for stainless units, galling resistant grades of stainless steel are used for rotor heads and idlers.

Tuthill lubrication and circulation pumps handle many viscosities and sustain a constant flow at any pressure. Simple, Compact Design offers high efficiency and longer life. Positive Reversing Action - The unique reversing feature allows the lubrication and circulation pumps the ability to reverse flow without the use of valves.

A vast knowledge of magnet, pump, and motor technology is utilized in the design, manufactuing, and application of our magnetically coupled pumps. The long life and non-pulsing flow of the external gear design are combined with the magnetically coupled, leak free, seal-less construction. Temperatures to 350 F (176 C) and viscosities from 0.3 cps to over 10,000 cps make this metallic pump tough and reliable.

Our magnetically coupled pumps are engineered with a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) highly durable plastic. With flow rates to 65 gph (227 L/hr), temperatures to 150 F (65 C), and non-pulsing flow, this set of series offer solutions to those seeking metal-alternative pumps.
